Refunds and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts five (5) days. If five (5) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation.  Refunds and exchanges will only take place once Cash Processing Technologies Pty Ltd has assessed the product returned.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Counterfeit marking pens and globes. We also do not accept products that are opened or used.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of delivery date.

Product return procedure – Refund/Return/Exchange

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Please contact us at and include your contact and purchase details (name, telephone number, invoice number). We will be in contact with you and will provide a “JC” number where applicable to return the goods and advise the next steps. Returns will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by the “JC” number. Once the” JC” number is provided, the product can be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Product with obvious signs of use or damage.
  • The product that was received by you that has been opened and the product/products are not in original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
  • We reserve the right to deduct an administration fee where it is found that we had to follow multiple processes to resolve the refund and or exchange where we were not at fault.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the banking institution as each bank has their own processing time. As a guideline, refunds can take between 21 to 30 days to be processed and refunded to your account.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges – Defective

We only replace items if they are defective.  We reserve the right to repair or exchange the product.  Products under warranty will not be exchanged due to normal wear and tear and or where routine maintenance has not been undertaken.   If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 29 Webb St, Northmead, Benoni, 1501, South Africa.  Please follow the Product return procedure before sending your product back.

Shipping and Delivery


The Company may elect to make use of a courier service to deliver the goods ordered on the website.  The Company shall consider any form of delivery note as sufficient proof of delivery of the goods to the Customer. The Company may in its sole discretion arrange multiple deliveries of the goods to the address provided at time of order.   The risk of damage, destruction and of profit and loss shall pass to the Customer on delivery by the Company and or by its elected courier service, to the address provided at time of order on the website.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods on receipt of delivery and notify Cash Processing Technologies Pty Ltd within 5 business days from date of receipt of any damages, defects, and discrepancies.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times of goods ordered are typically 2 – 5 business days, however, this may vary depending on geographical location and factors beyond our control.  In outlying or high-risk areas delivery times may be extended by up to an additional 5 business days and may attract additional delivery costs.  Delivery time estimates are only provided for orders where the delivery address is within South Africa. For delivery information and costs outside the borders of South Africa, please email with contact details and one of our representatives will be in contact with you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and insurance for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
